Your journal belongs to you.

Private by default. Still accounts are private. There is no public profile, social feed, or audience for your journal.

What we store. Account details (email, name), journal sessions, answers, generated entries, optional voice audio, preferences, and durable memories used to personalize questions — all scoped to your account.

AI processing. Journal text may be sent to AI providers (via Cloudflare AI Gateway / model APIs) to select questions, compose entries, extract memories, and power Ask My Journal. We do not intentionally use your journal content to train shared public models.

No ad targeting from journal content. Your reflections are not used to build advertising profiles.

Export & delete. You can export your data and delete entries or your account from Settings.
